| Description | Hi kerwin During the test with BT RCU, the NUGU function was observed not working. The reproduction methods are as follows: 1) Pair STB with BT RCU 2) Check operation of NUGU function. 3) Power reboot the STB. 4) Check operation of NUGU function. NUGU function doesn't work if you test 3) and 4) repeatedly When you press NUGU button, you can check the operation with LED continuously on. LED of RCU : continuously on (NUGU in operation) LED of RCU : off (NUGU issue occurred) Please check it. I will send you the logs as soon as it's ready. Thank you. YK.Jung | ||||

Hi kerwin I attached test log files. and the folder was created every time you turn it off and on by using power. The nugu function does not work in the last folder. ( BFX-AT100_20210223-194950 ) Please check this log files. Thank you YK.Jung |

Hi YounKwang, It is reproduced and we rollback HID cache commit to fix it (which is enabled by google from android 10) please verify it with r60a FW in FTP/fxn/smart3 |

Hi Jim Chen During the test, QA tester pressed BT RCU's nugu after booting, but it didn't work at first. But the next time she pressed it again, it worked fine. ( this log folder is BFX-AT100_20210225-093641 ) Is this that you intended? Please check it and please let me know if there is anything I need to review on the log. QA team is testing continuously. Hi Jim Chen The attached log is a log that has a problem with BT connection after booting. ( this log folder is BFX-AT100_20210225-101805 ) After that, QA Tester pressed the NUGU button and got BT connected again. Please check it, too Thank you YK.Jung |

Hi Jim Chen As a result of the test, it seems to have improved compared to the previous FW. In other words, the issue that nugu does not continue to work seems to have been resolved.
